How to place your Bulk Order: |
1. Download the catalog(s) you are ordering from:

2. Click here for the Artichoke Bulk Order Form.
3. Submit your order and complete your payment by the order deadline at the Coop store. You can also email your completed order form to orders@artichokefoodcoop.org before you head to the store to make your payment.
4. We will contact you by phone and/or email once your order is ready for pickup!
FAQs:
- Who is eligible to place bulk orders at the Artichoke Food Coop? You must have an up-to-date Membership, or be placing a one time Trial Order to purchase in bulk with the Artichoke Food Coop.
- How much does it cost to place a bulk order? As a Coop Member- you are also a Co-Owner. So, you just pay the wholesale price and a 15% fee to cover delivery costs!
- Do I need to pay taxes for nonfood items? Yes. MA State Sales Tax of .0625% must be included for taxable items. Taxable items include household and cleaning supplies, pet food and supplies, vitamins, nutritional supplements and personal care items.
- What forms of payment do you accept? For bulk orders and retail purchases, we accept cash, checks and SNAP EBT cards. For Membership fees, we accept cash and checks in the store and offer online payments (including Credit and Debit cards) through Paypal.
- When do I receive my order? Frontier orders are received within four business days (excluding weekends) of the order deadline. Associated Buyers orders are received on Thursday of the same week the order is placed.
- How much time do I have to pick up my order after it arrives at the Coop? You must pickup your order within 48 Hours of the time we notify you that your order is available.We have a limited amount of storage space (especially for frozen and perishables), so orders MUST be picked up within 48 hours of delivery. Please notify us with the name and contact information of anyone besides you who will be picking up your order for you ASAP at the Store at (508) 752-3533 or email us at orders@artichokefoodcoop.org .
